Selassie Osborn

Selassie Osborn is a Ghanaian Gospel singer and songwriter who has mounted so many platforms and hosted several Gospel events with International Gospel Artistes like Joe Mettle, MOG, Pastor Isaiah, Uncle Ato, Evangelist Charles Foli and many others.

EARLY LIFE AND EDUCATION

Selassie although an Accountant by profession, is a worshiper and praise leader. He was born on 19th November to Mr. Paul and Mrs. Gifty Atu. He is the eldest of three children. Selassie started his education at Holy Child RC Basic School in Sakumono and continued to St. Peters Senior High School in Nkwatia-Kwahu . He holds a certificate in Project Management from Landmark Executive Training Institute and  attended Accra Technical University for his HND in Accounting, then University of Professional Studies for his BSC in Accounting.

SELASSIE OSBORN MINISTRIES/MUSIC CAREER

Many years ago he realized I had the gift of singing, so  he joined various musical groups in his local church and schools he attended to nurture and enhance his God-given talent. Within a few years he saw progress, growth and development as he gained one skill upon another.

Over a space time, by dint of hardwork, consistency and drive for success, God granted him the favor  to lead Praise and Worship during Sunday church sessions.

He was appointed the Assistant Music Director of his local church choir, Royalhouse Chapel International Nungua  for a couple of years and in the year 2015, was elevated to the position of Music Director of the same group which he led for four years.

In 2019, he moved to Royalhouse Chapel, Tema East Assembly as the Music director for a year. He is currently with the Temple of Praise Baptist Church, Nungua as the Music director.

Before he rose this far, he had founded a thirty (30) member music ministry called the Bread of Life Crew, with members from an amalgamated background and churches. The Adonai God, has raised him through amateurish to professionalism and granted him and the Bread of Life Crew the grace to host a musical concert  successfully in November 2015 dubbed ‘Chayah Praise’ attracting close to seven hundred (700) people to the forecourt of Royalhouse Chapel, La Assembly.

In August 2016, he recorded and released a single song called Yahweh Egajulo (Egajulo is a Yoruba word which means ‘You are great’) and a twenty minutes worship medley in various local languages

He has another single titled Yesu ne me ky3m. All his songs were written, composed and arranged by him.

In November 2017, he together with the Bread of Life Crew organised their annual evangelism outreach programme, Chayah Praise at the forecourt of Royalhouse Chapel, Nungua. The musical concert attracted over one thousand people within Accra and its environs. Joe Mettle was the guest artiste.

In November 2018, he hosted a musical concert dubbed ‘ Bowing Hearts’. This event was hosted to continue to preach Christ to the world as his mission and vision stands for. It was also to thank God for how far he had brought him and also to push the Selassie Osborn Ministries to the world.

In December 2019, he hosted another edition of ‘Bowing Hearts Concert’ with MOG, Evangelist Charles Foli and many other Minister
